- Support all Facilities contractor scopes of work including job walks with the contractors, LOTO confirmation, scope of work reviews pre/post job, ensuring contractors follow all Tesla standards and protocols, general contractor needs throughout the scope of work (i.e. assisting contractors in the field)
- Perform maintenance on various types of industrial equipment as needed (typically mechanical equipment)
- Utilize equipment drawings and manuals to maintain and trouble shoot equipment
- Identify parts required for maintenance jobs and coordination of requesting various parts for jobs
- Communicate equipment issues with leadership and drive solutions to issues
- Displays positive attitudes and practices good work ethics that reflects the mission, philosophy, and goals of the company
- Must have a minimum of 5+ years related work experience as an Industrial or Manufacturing Technician
- Knowledge of and proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read and comprehend equipment manuals, drawing, parts lists, etc.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Must have strong interpersonal skills, along with the ability to interact with all levels of management
- Must have a high degree of initiative, with the ability to work alone and effectively with other people and teams
