Architectural Designer Role in the Bay Area Infrastructure Organization. You will work on tasks under the guidance of Lead Architect and will be responsible for assisting the team with various day to day activities.
- Support project teams in development of construction documentation
- Utilizes BIM/Revit in development of three-dimensional models of buildings and their components
- Interprets and applies building codes and requirements of other regulatory agencies
- Develops and leads preparation of documentation in various architectural phases including site plans, floor plans, building elevations, building sections, details, models, and renderings
- Coordinates building systems (structural, mechanical, electrical, etc.) to ensure compatibility with the design intent
- Involved in project coordination and meetings with team members
- Degree in Architecture or Interior Design, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with Revit
- 1-3 years of experience in project execution, preferably in Tenant Improvement projects
- Understanding of CA building codes + ADA
- Ability to learn, adapt and deliver in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

$76,000 - $114,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
