Tesla participates in the E-Verify Program
- Perform database transactions to manage the tracking, receiving, storing of failed parts
- Systematically marking parts special interest for expedited return to Engineers and Technicians
- Route parts back to Suppliers, Quality Engineering, or Recycling based on guidance and instructions
- Maintain data integrity, accuracy and efficiency of defect material throughput and systematically logging information
- Conduct audits and support corrective actions based on defect reason
- Disposition defect material and sort material by viewing work instructions
- Maintain 5S and MRB best practices
- Ability to maintain a safe working environment, along with the ability to work independently and keep on task in a fast-paced environment without direct supervision
- Ability to familiarize with the MRB database systems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Technical background and troubleshooting knowledge
- Strong communication skills and ability to build strong partnerships across various organizations within Tesla
- Ability to work independently and keep on task in a fast-paced environment without direct supervision
- Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal

$23.46/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
