About The Role

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Analytics Associate to join our SoHo office and play a critical role in optimizing and analyzing our revenue generation efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for analytics, and data-driven decision-making. You'll work on key projects like building forecasting models, developing sales dashboards, and implementing lead scoring systems that power POSH’s growth.

What You’ll Learn & Achieve

Business Strategy

  • Partner with community, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align on metrics and objective
  • Present data insights as actionable recommendations to help the Community and other Go-to-Market (GTM) teams maximize their impact and guide strategic decision-making

Data Analytics & Forecasting

  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources
  • Build and maintain GMV forecasting tools using statistical methods
  • Develop and refine lead scoring models to improve GTM team efficiency and conversion rates
  • Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover insights and drive revenue optimization strategies

Dashboard Development

  • Create and manage GTM team performance dashboards to provide actionable insights to the team
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create intuitive and user-friendly dashboards tailored to their need

Skills and Experience You’ll Need

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations, Business Operations, Analytics, Investment Banking, Consulting or within a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and forecasting
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with databases
  • Experience building and maintaining dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with a collaborative minds
  • A passion for learning and leveraging new technologies to drive innovation

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in the live events or entertainment industry, particularly in a revenue operations or strategic role
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Exposure to startup environments or the live events industry
